All marketing services provided by Constellation Marketing LLC are delivered under a service agreement. The terms of refunds and cancellations are as follows:

  • Service Contracts: Services are provided on a contractual basis with specific deliverables and timelines outlined in the agreement.
  • Payment Terms: Payment schedules are established at the beginning of each project and may include upfront deposits and milestone payments.
  • Project Scope: Any changes to the project scope may result in adjustments to pricing and timelines.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent:

  • Initial Consultation: Initial consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed.
  • Deposit Payments: Deposits paid at the start of a project are non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • Completed Work: Payments for completed work or delivered services are non-refundable.
  • Partial Refunds: In cases where services have been partially delivered, refunds will be calculated based on the work completed and expenses incurred.
  • Service Dissatisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us immediately so we can work to resolve any issues before considering a refund request.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel services under the following conditions:

  • Written Notice: Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to patricarver@constellationmarketingsq.com.
  • Notice Period: A minimum of 14 days' notice is required for cancellation of ongoing services.
  • Work in Progress: Clients will be billed for all work completed up to the cancellation date.
  • Third-Party Costs: Any third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client (such as advertising spend, software subscriptions, or vendor fees) are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 14-30 business days of approval.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
  • Clients will receive written confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Exceptions

The following circumstances may affect refund eligibility:

  • Force Majeure: Constellation Marketing LLC is not liable for delays or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control.
  • Client Non-Cooperation: If project delays or failures result from client non-cooperation or failure to provide necessary materials, no refund will be issued.
  • Breach of Contract: If the client breaches the terms of the service agreement, all payments become non-refundable.
